Level 1 Foundation training online
A 12-hour Level 1 Foundation Training will give you a solid grounding in the mindsets and practices of Nonviolent Communication.
Level 2 Intermediate online training programme
The NVC Level 2 Intermediate Training programme consists of approx 6 hours training every month. Each training stands alone, so you can attend as few or as many as you wish. The trainings are facilitated by five London-based certified NVC trainers.
Our inner critic or self-saboteur
Oct 26th & 27th 2024 online. 9.30am to 1.30pm both days, (including a half hour break). Time zone: London BST on 26th & London GMT on 27th. The day will include movement to support embodiment of the processes

Level 2 Intermediate online & in person training & practice groups
Four online and one in-person (in London) NVC groups that meet once a month, both to practise and learn further NVC skills. Evening & weekend options.
Level 2 Intermediate residential workshops with movement and dance
Three immersive workshops per year, in Devon, UK, each with a different theme, where you get to live NVC in community, practise intensively and learn NVC in an embodied way through movement and dance.
